The Pro-Tech Process

The Pro-Tech process begins with an appointment with one of our consultants. Our consultant will visit your property and explain everything we do as a company to repair and enhance the roof on your property. They will also be able to leave you with a price there and then.

There is absolutely no OBLIGATION and this service is FREE of charge. However, if an order is placed our installation manager will give you a call, usually within 48 hours from placing the order to arrange an installation date, generally 7-10 days from then.

STAGE ONE

When our installation team arrive at your property they undertake a full roof survey and will take time with the customer to explain what is going to happen, how it is going to happen, when it is going to happen, so our customers are fully aware.

Our fitters take great care in sheeting up, making sure they cover everything that is needed. They begin by washing the roof to remove moss, lichen and years of dirt as well as any loose pointing. They will then carry out any required roof repairs (re-pointing, changing broken, cracked tiles).

STAGE TWO

In the next stage we will treat the roof with a fungicide to help keep down any future moss growth. We then apply two layers of our waterproof coating. Last but not least, we always leave a property clean with all debris taken away leaving our customer 100% satisfied. All of our work is guaranteed for 10 years.
